Alternately snarky and serious, “The Book of Jezebel” is a highly idiosyncratic, third-wave feminist take on gender, pop culture, politics, literary history and assorted other topics. Assembled by the founder of the online site Jezebel, part of the Gawker family, it’s a gift book whose likely audience overlaps that of Lena Dunham’s HBO dark comedy, “Girls.”
